I continue with my B12 vitamins, and my minoxidil (once a day). I quit on the Cortisone almost a year ago, cause I really cannot make any difference, at least not in the beard and it is not so good to use it.

hey man, your beard looks almost exactly the same as mine. Mine patch started in feb this year and now its july and i have about 5-7 patches on my beard, one realy big one with no hair at all. I also noticed one on the front of my scalp and jsut above my ear, think its getting worse, Im really losing faith. tried the cortizone creams, minoxidil once a day and i had a steroid injection in my beard about a month ago, however i see no differences infact its gotten worse, dont know what more to do.
